FREE Active Self-Defense classes for Children & Adults
FREE FREE FREE Active Self-Defense classes for adults and children (Ages 10 and over) are held every Wednesdays @7:30-8:30pm, at St. Marks Church - 33-50 82nd St, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. Classes will be EVERY WEDNESDAY night, same time (7:30-8:30pm), same location (St. Marks Church). Classes are every wednesday. Enrollment is on a rolling basis and always open. So mark your calendars, tell your family and friends, and come learn to how to protect & defend yourself! Even if you’re not sure you would like to participate, you are welcome to come observe.
