Considering selling? It does not matter if it is December, March, or Summer time, if your home is priced right, marketed properly, you can sell your home in the shortest amount of time and for the most money.

Quick questions to ask a Realtor when considering selling your home or settling an estate:

1) You want someone to represent you who works 7 days a week. Not a part time agent who works 6 hours per week.

2) You do not need a Franchise to represent you, sign a 6 month long contract and at 6% commissions.

3) Ask any agent or Broker who comes to your home a key question. How many homes have you appraised in your career?

4) Never hire a YES AGENT OR BROKER-One who agrees to whatever you tell them, price and so on. (You want an experienced Broker, to give a Professional opinion regarding the value of your home.)

You just need an experienced old fashioned broker from the community. I do not use signs, unless you insist, and I do not use Multiple Listing to sell your home. With over 3,000 written appraisals to date, I list your home, and only bring qualified buyers by appointment only. No parades, no need for hundreds of Realtors to be able to show your home. Just quick and easy. Ask people within the Community how good I am. Steve Vecchio gave me a house recently and I sold it in 10 days and closed 8 weeks later. Ask John Colonna, attorney on Metropolitan Avenue, how I sell go to contract and close quickly. Ask Mike Saab owner of C town how good I am. I sold his property and closed quickly. Hire the most experienced Broker.
